Imphal: Assam Rifles personnel seized 23.42 kg banned WY tablets at Dalpati Ground near Border Pillar number 79 , Moreh on Sunday.
Assam Rifles officials said the seized drug was worth about Rs 12.60 Crores in the international market.
Troops noticed two persons in the Indo Myanmar Border near Dalpati Ground and they reportedly ran away leaving behind the huge consignment of drug.
The recovered items were handed over to the Moreh Police Station for further investigation and proceedings.
