Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm on Wednesday, two persons from Imphal East tested positive. During the same period, four persons recovered while there was no report of any Covid-related death in the state, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Altogether, 109 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 1.8 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 39, 855. As four persons recovered on Wednesday, the active cases in the state now stand at 22.
As on October 18, 2022, 712 persons were vaccinated, bringing the total number of vaccination to 32,48,717 (1st dose 16,46,171, 2nd dose 13,30,885and precautionary dose 2,71,661).
