Churachandpur: Pherzawl district administration was alive with pre-event celebrating four years completion of the N Biren Singh led government as it took out village health and nutrition; Covid-19 appropriate behaviour and vaccination awareness campaign. A district-level function was held Friday morning from 9.30 to 12 noon at Parbung where the DC Mannuamching, SP, CMO, SDO staff, MOs of CHC Parbung, village authorities and the public were in attendance.
A similar programme was also held at Lungthulien Village from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm. The Deputy Commissioner, SP and CMO attended the programme.
Village health and nutrition; Covid-19 appropriate behaviour and vaccination awareness campaign was also held at Patpuihmun PHC, Sibapurikhal PHC, Senvon PHC and Thanlon PHC with active participation of health workers and villagers.
Village health and nutrition campaign was also organized at CMO office. The campaign was led by DFWO, DPM/NHM and ICDS staff. About 103 people including the staff attended the programme.
Health and nutrition campaign was also taken out by health officials and Anganwadi workers and helpers at CHC Parbung.
