Kangpokpi: A virtual meeting on Election Expenditure for the phase 1 voting of the upcoming 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election, 2022 for Kangpokpi District was held at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall Wednesday.
Expenditure Observer Manishkumar Chavda interacted with the concerned in-charge of Election Expenditure and Monitoring teams which included Assistant Election Observers, Video Surveillance Teams, Video Viewing Teams, Accounting Teams, Flying Squad Teams, Statistic Surveillance Team, Media Certification & Monitoring Committee and Complaint Monitoring Cell of Kangpokpi District. He informed that he would be arriving in the State soon.
The concerned team highlighted all the preparation which they have taken for the upcoming election to the Observer during the meeting through Google. All the concerned teams from Saitu, Saikul and Kangpokpi Assembly Constituencies attended the virtual meeting.
Ahead of the meeting, the District Election Officer/Deputy Commissioner Kengoo Zuringla, IAS, interacted with the team members. She advised them to follow Covid appropriate behaviour and take care of themselves in order to perform election related duties without any hindrance. DEO Kangpokpi further requested all the members assigned with election duties to avoid physical contact and social gathering to ensure smooth conduct of the upcoming election.
