Imphal: Governor of Manipur La Ganesan expressed happiness over MC Mary Kom being conferred the Padma Vibhshan for excelling in the sport of boxing by President Ram Nath Kovind, Padma Shri to Oinam Bembem for football, Hanjabam Radhe Devi for traditional bridal wear designer and Rewben Mashangva fro musical tradition of Tangkhul tribe.
