Minister LN Sharma attends Edible Oils Meet chaired by Union Minister Narendra Tomar

Gangtok: Sikkim’s Minister for Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services and IPR attended a day-long National Mission on Edible Oils – Oil Palm Business Summit which was chaired by Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare Narendra Tomar, it was reported on Wednesday.

The Summit for the North Eastern States was organized by the Union Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, at Guwahati.

The Ministers, joined by Minister G Krishna Reddy, Deptt of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER), Minister(s) of State for Agriculture Kailash Chowdhary and Shobha Karandlaje, watered edible oil plants. The Farmers Producer Organizations present there were given certificates. Sharma expressed gratitude to the Centre for hosting the summit in the NER.
