Bengaluru: Opposition leader and senior Congress leader Siddaramaiah Sunday called chief minister Basavaraj Bommai as Mukhauta of RSS.
“The BJP removed BS Yediyurappa as the chief minister. Now, they have made Basavaraj Bommai the chief minister. He has to listen to what both have to say. He is Mukhauta of RSS,” he said addressing a rally here.

The remark comes in the wake of Bommai accepting the New Education Policy as “RSS Education Policy” on the last day of the monsoon assembly session.

Bommai had said that RSS is nationalism and nationalism is RSS, reacting to the Congress terming NEP as RSS and Nagpur Education Policy.\Attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “sabka saath sabka vikas” slogan, Siddaramaiah said the BJP does not have a single Muslim and Christian minister in its cabinet.

BJP leaders are a bunch of hypocrites and liars, he said, adding that the party always makes a backdoor entry to gain power because it does not have people’s blessings, he said.

“The BJP always makes backdoor entry to gain power. The party does not have the blessings of the people. The BJP hijacked our MLAs, bought them over under Operation Kamala. Yediyurappa did this and formed the government. After doing all this, the party removed him as chief minister,” he said.

Siddaramaiah said if Modi is allowed to remain as the prime minister, he would sell the entire country to Amabanis, Adanis and foreign companies.

He appealed to people with folded hands to remove BJP in the next election and bring Congress back to power.
