Kolkata: The existing Covid-19 restrictions and protocol across West Bengal have been extended up to August 15, 2021, according to a state government notification issued on Thursday.
“After reviewing the current Covid-19 pandemic, the West Bengal State Disaster Management Authority has recommended further extension of restriction measures as already in force with a graded and calibrated approach to relaxations as required,” the notification issued the state chief secretary said.
” All outdoor activities including movement of people and vehicles shall be strictly prohibited between 9 PM to 5 AM except for health services, law and order, essential commodities including agricultural products and other emergency services.”
