Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh reported 348 Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, pushing the state’s caseload to 37,879, while the death toll has mounted to 181 as two more succumbed to the virus.
Out of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 102, followed by East Siang 30 and West Kameng 26, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Barring 162, all the patients are asymptomatic.
According to the bulletin, of the two casualties, one was reported from Itanagar Capital Complex and another from Changlang.
On the other hand, 291 patients recovered from the disease, taking the tally to 34,525. The recovery rate is over 91 per cent.
Active cases tally stands at 3,173.
