Itanagar: As many as 252 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Arunachal Pradesh in the last 24 hours, taking the state’s infection tally to 33,916.
Out of the new positive cases, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 53, followed by Lohit 23 and West Kameng 21, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Barring 96, all the patients are asymptomatic.
According to the bulletin, 233 people have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the total recoveries to 3,1189. The recovery rate is around 92 per cent.
Active cases stood at 2,567. Death toll at 160.
