Nashik: Two people were killed on the spot and one was seriously injured when a two wheeler and car collided near Pimpakotha in Erandole taluka in Jalgaon district on Erandol-Jalgaon road this evening.
According to police sources, the deceased youths have been identified as Nitin Jamsingh Patil (21) and Ghan: Shyam Bhanudas Badgujar (20, both of Pimpalkotha Budruk taluka. Erandol). Dnyaneshwar Gansingh Patil (22, Pimpalkotha Budruk), a pedestrian, has been seriously injured.
The speeding car was proceeding to Nashik from Jalgaon . This car was hit by a two-wheeler . On this occasion former members of Z.P. Nanabhau Mahajan, Ashok Patil, Rajendra Patil, Manoj Patil, Haribhau Mahajan, Ashok Badgujar and other villagers helped.
Meanwhile, the injured Dnyaneshwar Patil has been shifted to Jalgaon for further treatment. It was reported that Dnyaneshwar was married on 21st January.
