Guwahati: In a horrific incident, a 13-year-old girl was allegedly murdered in a busy locality in Guwahati. The incident took place on Wednesday in Kharguli locality of Guwahati, Assam.
The victim has been identified as Dimple Umapati. The alleged murder took place when the girl was alone at her house.Her parents were out on work while the incident took place.
Preliminary investigation suggests that a pressure cooker and a stone was used to kill the minor girl.
Reports suggest that the girl was hit by the killer on the head by the pressure cooker and the stone. Meanwhile, the police have sealed the crime spot and are investigating the case.
