Prayagraj: Four members of a family were found brutally murdered in the Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh, police said on Thursday.
The murder took place in Mohanganj Phulwaria Gohri village in the Phaphamau police station area on late Wednesday night.
The police identified the victims as Phulchand (50), his wife Minu Devi (45), daughter Sapna (17) and son Shiv (10) were found murdered inside their house, police said.
All the bodies were found on separate cots and they were killed by stabbing. The information about the murder was received this morning, police said.
The personal rivalry was suspected to be the reason behind the murders, police said.
