Kyiv: Ukraine on Thursday claimed to have destroyed Russia’s large paratrooper ship, ”Orsk”.
The General Staff of The Armed Forces of Ukraine said on its official Facebook page: “A large paratrooper ship ‘Orsk’ of the Black Sea Fleet … was destroyed in the temporarily captured Russian port of Berdyansk.”
The General Staff claimed that Russia has lost about 15,800 personnel, 530 tanks, 1,597 armoured vehicles, 280 artillery systems, 82 multiple rocket launchers, 47 surface-to-air missiles, 108 jets, 124 helicopters and 50 drones in fighting since Moscow invaded Ukraine on February 24.Â
