Imphal: Tengnoupal Battalion of Assam Rifles nabbed two persons for
carrying Rs 26.80 lakh near Tengnoupal on Friday.
Assam Rifles official today said during routine check at Vehicle Check Post, Tengnoupal, troops of Assam Rifles apprehended two individuals travelling in a Van from Imphal to Moreh with cash of Rs 26.80 Lakhs.
The seized amount along with apprehended individuals was handed over to Tengnoupal Police for further investigation.
