Tripura: Chief Minister of Tripura, Biplab Kumar Deb on Wednesday announced that he is tested positive for COVID-19 and under home isolation.
“I have been tested positive for COVID-19. I have isolated myself at home as per the advice of doctors,” the 49-year-old minister said in a tweet.
“I request everyone to please follow all the COVID appropriate behaviour and stay safe,” he added.
As per the Govt. of Tripura Covid portal, 84570 persons have been screened in Tripura out of which 33067 have cured while 389 lost their lives.
