Agartala: Tripura government has advised the people to follow Covid’s appropriate behavior to prevent the rising infection of Covid19 in the state during the last few days.
With the fresh infection of six persons, the total number of Covid19 cases rose to 43 while the positivity rate was recorded at 4.05 percent.
According to a report, a number of health professionals have been found positive in the last two days, which increased the risk of Covid spreading among common people. However, surveillance and control measures have been stepped up further in order to contain the spread of infection, health officials stated.
The administration has reviewed the Covid situation and appealed to the people to start using face cover masks in crowded places and socio-religious gatherings and maintain the highest level of personal hygiene, officials added.
