Khawzawl: UD&PA Department, Khawzawl District under Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) Thursday organized training-cum-awareness programme on ‘Open Defecation Free Plus (ODF+)’ and ‘Solid Waste Management Bye-Laws, 2020’ at DUDO Office, here at Khawzawl.
The training was attended by Local Level Nodal Officers and Sanitation & Beautification Committee Members from Khawzawl town.
Mimi Lalrinngheti, Manager, UD&PA Khawzawl gave a brief introduction to Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) and highlighted ODF+ checklist & protocol.
K. Lalramnghaka, SDS, UD&PA Khawzawl gave a brief introduction to the Khawzawl District Solid Waste Management Bye-Laws, 2020 and shared on issues related to cleanliness & sanitation at Khawzawl.
