This initiative brings sample collection, physiotherapy, and nursing services to the home, and was launched by Shambipur Raju, MLC, Telangana.

SLG Home Services will be made available for patients, within a 10 km radius of the hospital, and deep discounts on various tests are being offered for men and women, the hospitals said in a release here.

The SLG home sample collection is connected directly to the lab which ensures fast and secure transportation of blood samples and accurate patient treatment.

Commenting on the new initiative, Mr. D V S Soma Raju, Executive Director, SLG Hospitals said, “The major advantage of this initiative is that patients do not have to wait for their turn at a diagnostic center or any other facility, and the same can be done from the comfort of their home, even for a single test.

One can simply schedule the visit of a sample collection person or a physiotherapist, and nurses according to their flexibility.

Another important benefit of having a lab test at home is that patients need not bother about the travel time they need to spend while coming to the hospital. The reports will be delivered promptly on time with utmost accuracy, he added.

Mr. Gaurav Khurana, CEO, SLG Hospitals, doctors from various specialties, the nursing and Physiotherapy team, and members of the support staff were also present on the occasion.
