Imphal: On the second day of the 17th Ningthoukhongjam Tombi State Equestrian Championships, organized by the Manipur Equestrian Association qualifying rounds of four events were completed at the Manipuri Pony Breeding Farm, Lamphelpat.
The much-awaited Women’s and Men’s Show Jumping qualifying rounds were the highlights of the day. While the Junior Lance Tent Pegging witnessed the young talents of the state, more than one hundred riders took part in the open qualifying round.
On the third day, the Individual tent pegging for Sword Round A and Show Jumping for Women Round B will be held in the morning session. Later, Senior Tent pegging Team A and Junior Tent pegging Lance Round B will be held.
