Kyiv: Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Thursday claimed that 20 civilians were confirmed dead after a Russian missile strike on Vinnytsia.

Kuleba shared a picture of victims of the attack and said, “Already 20 civilians have been confirmed dead following a Russian missile strike on Vinnytsia. Three children, including a toddler in the photo.

He slammed the attack on the city saying, “This is terrorism”.

“Deliberate murder of civilians to spread fear. Russia is a terrorist state and must be legally recognized as such,” he added.

CNN quoted Kyrylo Tymoshenko as saying that the attack was carried out with Russian “Kalibr” cruise missiles that are launched from submarines stationed in the Black Sea.

Earlier, Ukrainian Defence Ministry has also tweeted over the attack claiming “Three Russian missiles” hit a business center in the city of Vinnytsia.

The ministry said, “Ukraine has already suffered almost 3,000 missile strikes.
