Moscow: Russia’s armed forces have struck at the information warfare and psychological operations center of the Ukrainian forces and facilities of the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) in Kyiv to stop information attacks against Russia, defense ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Wednesday.

“To suppress information attacks against Russia, the SBU technological facilities and the 72nd Center for Information and Psychological Operations in Kyiv were hit with high-precision weapons. The hardware broadcasting of the TV tower was disabled,” Konashenkov told reporters.

No residential buildings were damaged as a result of the operation, he added.
