Mumbai: The Rupee on Thursday slipped ten paise at 81.67 in the opening trade against the US Dollar on rising demand for US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit fell on strong Dollar against other world currencies amid improved equity market in early trade.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 81.77 and 81.70 respectively.
