Kakching: The 36th Road Safety Month, 2025 was observed in Kakching Bazaar by the District Administration, Kakching under the theme Parwah (Care).
As part of the month-long observation, traffic violators were given free helmets by the officials at the spot and pamphlets were distributed. Sensitisation for the 2 wheelers on road safety was also held as part of the event. Riders as well as the commuters were given awareness on rules related to the Motor Vehicles Act.
The event was attended by District Administration Officers led by ADM Moirangthem Kapajit Singh, Additional SP Athokpam Romendro Singh (Law and Order) along with Kakching Police team, District Transport Officer (Thoubal) Hemochand Irengbam, traffic officials among others.
