Imphal: The Red Shield Division of the Indian Army inaugurated a major Solar Street Lights project installing solar lights across Laikhong village, Imphal East District, Manipur on 27 Mar 2026 under Operation Sadbhavana. This initiative reinforced and strengthened the civil-military relations while supporting the common goal of boosting community development.
