Imphal: Retired IAS officer Takhellambam Ranjit Singh has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Manipur Staff Selection Commission (MSSC).
He took the oath of office on Monday in a simple ceremony administered by M.H. Khan, Special Chief Secretary, at the Conference Hall of the Manipur Secretariat (South Block), Imphal West.
T. Ranjit Singh will serve as the Chairperson of MSSC for a term of three years from the date he assumes office.
The ceremony, organized by the Department of Personnel & Administrative Reforms (Personnel Division), was attended by Administrative Secretaries from various departments, among others.
