Imphal: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh held a telephonic conversation with his German counterpart, Federal Minister of Defence Boris Pistorius, on Tuesday. During the call, the two ministers reviewed ongoing defence cooperation activities, particularly in the air and maritime sectors.
The discussion focused on enhancing defence-industrial collaboration and bolstering supply chain resilience between the two nations.
Both ministers expressed a commitment to meeting soon to formalize defence engagements and joint projects, aiming to make defence a key pillar of the India-Germany bilateral relationship, according to a press release from the Defence Public Relations Office (DPR), New Delhi.
