Imphal: Thoubal Company of 16 AR of HQ 9 Sector under the aegis of IGAR(S) is conducting pre-recruitment training for the youths of Thoubal area since May 3, 2022 for youth of Thoubal aspiring to join the Army, Assam Rifles, CAPF and other uniform services.
The objective of conducting the training programme is to guide and prepare potential candidates to clear various test conducted during the recruitment rally. The training includes screening/checking of documents, medical examination, written test etc.
A total of 372 youths (288 boys & 84 girls) have registered to date and are undergoing this training.
The pre-recruitment training organized by this COB is intended to boost the morale of the candidates and to prepare them to perform better during the upcoming recruitment rally, thereby helping them in achieving their goals and addressing the unemployment problems faced by the youths to some extent, said a press note.
