Imphal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi Thursday interacted with various beneficiaries of the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM) through a webcast.
The webcast was attended by (RD & PR), Minister Th Biswajit Singh along with Additional Chief Secretary (RD & PR), Govt. of Manipur, MH Khan, and officials of Rural Development Department.
During the virtual interaction session, the Prime Minister also spoke to Ningthoujam Joycee a resident of Churachandpur, Manipur.
It may be mentioned that N. Joycee was the only candidate chosen by PMO from Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) from all over the country. Under the scheme, she was trained by Visan Hospitality, Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon, Haryana.
During the interaction programme, the Prime Minister appreciated the hard work and determination of the candidate from Manipur and also congratulated for the various achievements.
