Patna: Senior BJP leader and former Bihar minister Nand Kishor Yadav today alleged that the opposition was displaying negative politics in Parliament as well as in-state assembly.
Yadav said that the opposition thinks that obstructing the proceedings of the house was its prime duty and alleged that it was betraying the people by evading from its actual responsibilities.
He said that the suspension of 12 members of the opposition in Rajya Sabha for maligning the dignity of the house gave a positive signal and maintained that such a step has come as a lesson for the members in the state assemblies and legislative councils.
Yadav said that Congress never believed in the democratic setup and always misled the people for its benefit.
He said that the farmers have now understood the attitude and gimmicks of Congress.
