Imphal: A team of Thoubal police commando arrested one person from Phanjakhong and seized 1349 (one thousand three hundred forty-nine) packets of International Cigarette LIGHT WIN and one Maruti Gypsy bearing registration No. MNO1X 1182 from his possession on April 24, 2021 at around 4:10 am.
The arrested person has been identified as Ershad Khan (37 years) son of late Md Basir of Yairipok Singa Mayai Leikai.
The arrested person along with the seized items were handed over to Nongpok-Sekmai Police Station for further necessary action.
