Thoubal: The District Disaster Management Authority, Thoubal in a notification has informed all the concerned that the Application Form for Ex-gratia assistance to the next of the kin of the deceased due to Covid -19 of the Thoubal District will be available from the Relief Section,(Room No.25) of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner Thoubal on all working day during the office hour.
The Applications/claim of Ex-gratia should be submitted to the office of the concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate during office hour.
