Imphal: Imphal West DC, Th Kirankumar, in an order issued on March 27 stated that in view of the upcoming Board/Council examinations for Class X, XI and XII, no permission for Thabal Chongba will be given till the completion of these exams.
Further, Shumang Lila in residential areas will not be permitted after 7 pm and no permission for musical concerts in residential areas will be given till the completion of these exams.
Also, the order prohibited closure or diversion of roads for Thabal Chongab, Shumang Lila and musical concerts.Â
