Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh did not record any fresh COVID-19 cases during the past 24 hours while four more individuals have recuperated from the disease in the period, taking the total number of recovered cases to 54,956, a senior health official said.
The State’s active caseload has further reduced to 33, while its tally of confirmed cases remained static at 55269, he said, while adding that 28 out of the total COVID-19 infected people are recuperating under home isolation.
The Northeastern state has registered 280 COVID-19 fatalities till now.
On the COVID-19 vaccination front, Arunachal Pradesh has administered over 14.07 lakh vaccine doses to its adult population to date. While 79 per cent of the beneficiaries have received the first dose of the vaccine, 60 per cent of people were fully inoculated, state immunization officer Dr D Padung said.
