Imphal: Neroca FC is playing at home against Mohammedan SC at the Khuman Lampak Main Stadium on Sunday (March 5) in Round 21 of the I-League.
Mohammedan SC will miss the services of Abhishek and Kima, as Mohammedan SC Head Coach Mehrajuddin Wadoo said during a pre-match press briefing on Saturday that Abhishek is not travelling due to an injury he suffered during the last match. Kima received a suspension and will not be a part of the match tomorrow.
On his approach to the match against Neroca, the coach said there is no chance for the team to qualify for the playoffs, but they still have two games to play and would like to finish the table as high as possible.
Neroca assistant coach Gyan Moyon said Neroca is still a good team and will put up a strong fight against the visiting team.
He continued that his team is free from relegation, but the team considers every game to be important. We play for our club, our fans, and our family, and our players are motivated and will give their best to try to win the match, he added.
