Kohima: Nagaland has recorded 32 new Covid-19 cases, Nagaland Health Department said on Tuesday.
Among the 58 fresh COVID cases yesterday, the new cases were detected from six districts of Nagaland with 13 cases in Mokokchung, 10 cases in Dimapur, four in Kohima, two in Mon, two in Peren and one in Zunheboto, taking the total caseload to 30, 388.
On the recovery of COVID-19 patients in the State, a total 44 new recoveries were reported throughout the state, out of them 16 patients from Mokokchung, 17 from Dimapur, 10 from Kohima, five from Longleng, one from Mon and one from Peren, taking the total recovery caseload to 28,128. The recovery rate is 92.56%, the bulletin said.
Nagaland yesterday had 712 active patients, out of which 542 active cases are asymptomatic, 115 are mild symptomatic, 17 are moderate on oxygen, 23 are severe on oxygen, seven are in ICU without ventilator and eight patients are admitted in ICUs on ventilators, the bulletin said.
There were reports of five more COVID-19 related death in the state, two in Dimapur, one in Kiphire, one in Kohima and one in Peren, the total number of death figure in Nagaland rose to 631, the bulletin informed.
