Nagaland records 275 new COVID cases

In recoveries, a total of 66 more patients recovered today, which comprises of 41 in Dimapur, 18 in Kohima, two in Peren, two in Phek, one in Mon, one in Mokokchung and one in Longleng, Mr. Phom said.

Kohima: Nagaland recorded 275 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, which increased the total number of COVID- 19 cases in the state to 17,165.

Nagaland Health Minister Pangnyu Phom said today that among the fresh 275 cases, the highest 176 were registered in Dimapur, followed by 74 in Kohima, 13 in Mokokchung, six in Phek, two in Mon, two in Peren, one in Zunheboto and one in Longleng.

In recoveries, a total of 66 more patients recovered today, which comprises of 41 in Dimapur, 18 in Kohima, two in Peren, two in Phek, one in Mon, one in Mokokchung and one in Longleng, Mr. Phom said.

The total number of cases has now reached 17, 165, of which the active cases are 3999 while 12,953 people have recovered.
