Kohima: As the increasing order continued Nagaland has recorded 273 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, which increased the total number of COVID- 19 cases in the state to 18,349.
Nagaland Health Minister Pangnyu Phom said today that among the fresh 273 cases, the highest 11903 in Kohima, followed by 61 in Mon, 58 in Dimapur, 10 in Tuensang, six in Wokha, five in Mokokchung, five in Kiphire , five in Zunheboto and one in Peren.
In recoveries, a total of 104 more patients recovered in Nagaland today, which comprises of 70 in Dimapur, 25 in Kohima, five in Peren, three in Mokokchung and one in Mon, Phom said.
The total number of cases has now reached 18, 349, of which the active cases are 4253 and 13299 people have recovered, while COVID related death rose to 205.
