Kohima: The Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO), which has demanded a state of ‘Frontier Nagaland’ out of present Nagaland State for a long time, continues its agitation by holding a public rally on August 4 at its seven tribal headquarters to reiterate the demand for the Frontier Nagaland State.
According to a press release issued by ENPO President R Tsapikiu Sangtam and General Secretary Manlang Phom on Monday informed that the rally was the follow-up to resolutions adopted during ENPO Joint Consultative Meeting with the 7 Tribal Bodies and Talk Team on June 28 in the Tuensang Village. The Joint Consultative Meeting “unanimously reiterated the demand for Frontier Nagaland State and further resolved to hold a public rally in all the seven Tribal Headquarters, the release said.
