Kohima: Nagaland Chief Secretary J Alam, who is the Chairman of the State ‘COVID-19 War Room’ carried out a comprehensive review of the situation in the State.
Official sources said on Monday that the meeting on Sunday was held under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary Alam in the State War Room in Kohima in the presence of senior officers and members.
The meeting discussed oxygen availability and augmenting bed availability and the status of installation of PSA oxygen plants in the various district hospitals of the state.
Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary has appealed to the citizens of the state not to panic and stay safe by practising COVID-19 appropriate behaviour, sources said.
