Imphal: Pukhrambam Lakhshyajit, an 18-year-old from Manipur, has achieved an impressive 99.125% in the recently conducted JEE Mains Session 1 examination, organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Lakhshyajit is a student of Army Public School, Ambala, Haryana. He is the son of Lt. Col. P. Herojit Singh and Rajkumari Lakshmi, residents of Kwakeithel Akham Leikai, Imphal West. With this exceptional score, he is among the top-ranking students eligible to appear in the JEE Advanced examination, the gateway to securing admission into the prestigious Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT).

The Armed Forces Ex-Servicemen Association, Manipur, has congratulated Lakhshyajit on securing one of the top positions. In a press release, the Association stated, “We would like to share one of the most encouraging pieces of news in the field of education. It is a proud moment for all Manipuris to witness this extraordinary achievement by a child from one of our Armed Forces families.”
