Imphal: The Manipur State Film Development Society has announced the winners of the 15th Manipur State Film Awards 2023 have been announced on Tuesday.

Moirangthem Nilamani Singh bags the MSFDS while the Best Film Critic Award goes to Rajmani Ayekpam.
