Imphal: Manipur reported six new positive cases, nil Covid-related deaths and no recoveries, in the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pam of Sunday, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the six persons who tested from the general population, two are from Bishnupur and one each from Imphal East, Imphal West, Kakching and Thoubal. A total of 227 were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 2.6 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 196 out of which 1, 35, 019 have recovered leaving 57 active cases.
The total number of doses administered on April 16, is 902, the cumulative number of doses administered is 28,12,421 (1st dose 15,49, 841, 2nd dose 11,92,375) and precautionary dose 70,205.
