Imphal: The office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) has urged all the government departments to furnish scanned copy of ink- signed Orders of departments addressed to the office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) and send them via email.
The request was made to ensure timely disposal of matters relating to Entitlement functions concurrent with orders of the Government issued from time to time. The office, as per a press note has been facing frequent instances of delayed/non- submission of ink-signed copies of Government Orders from the State Government causing delay in processing files.
