Manipur: 1st Hill Leaders Day, Meeyamgi Numit held at Tengnoupal district

Tengnoupal: The first “District Hill Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit” in respect of Tengnoupal District was held on July 22, 2022 at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner, Tengnoupal in the presence of Deputy Commissioner, Tengnoupal, Superintendent of Police, Tengnoupal, Divisional Forest Officer, Sub Divisional Officers, Tengnoupal/ Machi/ Moreh and other District Level Officers of all the line departments of the district. 

DC Tengnoupal, Mannuamching, and  SP Tengnoupal, Goulianmang, interacted with the heads of the villages about the problems and grievances faced by them. The DC appeal to the leaders to cooperate with the district administration and avail the schemes meant for them.

A total of 18 Departments open stalls for the people – Revenue, Cooperative, CAF & PD , Horticulture & SC,  DPO/ICDS,  Agriculture, MSRLM, PHED, PWD, Forest, Fishery, MSPDCL, Social Welfare, ZEO,  RD&PR, Health, DIC, Handloom and Textiles, RED MSRRDA.

DC Mannuamching, directed all concerned District Level Officers to expedite the proposal of complaints/ grievances received today and submit the action taken report before the next District Hill Leaders Day and Meeyamgi Numit. 

Hundreds of people turn up for interaction and for availing of benefits.
