Hamirpur(HP): Hamirpur police have arrested one permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh for allegedly raping his own thirteen-year-old daughter and was missing after committing the henious crime on October 30.
A case under 376,354-A, 506 IPC and Section 6 and 10 POCSO Act was registered against one Inder Pal, a temporary resident of Nadayana Tehsil and District Hamirpur (HP) him at Mahila Police Station Hamirpur, dated October 30.
SP, Hamirpur said due to the continuous day-and-night efforts by the teams of District Police Hamirpur, the wanted man was nabbed Wednesday morning.
She said the alleged accused person would be presented in the local court today to get his police remand for interrogation.
