LoP Pawar seeks action against bogus recruitment culprits, justice to cheated youths

Nagpur: The Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Assembly Ajit Pawar on Friday raised the issue of information in the Assembly and demanded that the guilty involved in bogus recruitment should be punished and justice should be given to the deceived youths.

“A bogus recruitment process was carried out by some peon employees in the Mantralaya by falsely stating that the recruitment of clerical posts in ‘C’ category is going on in the Mabtralaya,” said Pawar.

These employees staged a mock interview of the candidates in the hall of the Deputy Secretary of the General Administration Department. Due to this, many youths have been cheated of lakhs of rupees,he further said.

A thorough investigation should be conducted into this misbehavior which took place in the office of the Deputy Secretary in the Ministry,he demanded.

While Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said the issue raised by Mr Pawar is serious and a case has been registered in this case. The entire case will be thoroughly investigated and strict action will be taken against the culprits. He replied that the role of senior officers will also be investigated.
