Imphal: Loktak Battalion of Churachandpur Sector, Assam Rifles in an operation apprehended two active cadres of the banned outfit KIA group at Mongjang, Churachandpur District, Manipur on April 27, 2023.
Based on specific input, the troops of Assam Rifles launched an operation that led to the apprehension of the cadres.
The apprehended cadres were handed over to Churachandpur Police Station for further investigation, said a press note from the PRO Cell, IGAR(S).
