Khandu, Mein applause Millo Sunka on winning best actress award at international level

“It is really heartening to see our youths making our state and nation proud. Heartiest congratulations to Millo Sunka, who has become the first Arunachalee to win the Best Actress award at an international film festival. Her achievement is an inspiration to many aspiring youths,” Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein said.

‘Nocturnal Burger’ had its world premiere at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival 2023, the largest independent film festival in the United States. It is also an official selection of the Aspen Film Festival 2023, which is an Oscar-qualifying film festival.

Millo Sunka is the daughter of retired Indian Forest Service officer Millo Tago and Millo Yalyo of Tajang village in Arunachal’s Lower Subansiri district.
