St Petersburg: The Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum (SPICF) will open on Thursday, November 16, in Russia’s so-called cultural capital, bringing together delegates from 80 countries.
The SPICF has been designed as a platform to talk over the most pressing social and cultural issues.
The forum will be comprised of several thematic units, which are “Learning History Through Culture,” “Artificial Intelligence: Threat or Boon for Culture,” “Traditional Culture as the Foundation for Building a Society,” “Theatre,” “Museums,” “Cinema,” “Musical Culture,” “Business Culture,” “Media Culture.”
Over 11 memorandums and cooperation programs within culture are expected to be signed on the margins of the SPICF.
The SPICF will be held from November 16-18.
